Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Sunday Minx delivers Australia-wide. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days following payment. 

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Our couriers offer a door-to-door service to ensure your goods are handled with care. A signature upon delivery is required; alternatively a card with a contact number will be left to arrange collection at a later date. Our couriers do not leave parcels unattended. We use carriers that are both convenient and cost-effective, including Australia Post, Toll and other select courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Sydney - 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra - 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Adelaide & Hobart - 3-4 business days after dispatch
  • Perth & Darwin - 5-6 business days after dispatch

Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.

All delivery times are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order. We will happily provide an exchange of your goods, however please note we do not offer refunds.  Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please email hello@sundayminx.com.au for any returns enquiries and we will get back to you with instructions.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, including re-delivery of an exchanged product. We recommend that you return the product with a trackable and insured postage service. Sunday Minx will not be responsible for parcels sent back that are lost or damaged in transit.

Warranty

Sunday Minx does not provide a warranty on our products, however should you deem the product damaged we will replace the goods as noted below.

Damaged Goods

All of our products are packed and dispatched with care to ensure you receive them in their optimal condition.  If you do receive a damaged item please contact hello@sundayminx.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.

Currency

All amounts listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

International Orders

We are open to discussing international deliveries. Please email hello@sundayminx.com.au with your desired order and location details and we will provide shipping costs for you.

All international customers will be responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred.

All transactions are processed in AUD.  We accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. We do not accept personal or corporate cheques, or cash.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
